4. Finally secure the limb in the cardboard by multiple adhesive tape, be sure the tape long enough to pass the edge of the fold line

1. Select the proper size for the limb
2. At the 2nd hole make transvers cute from each size
3. Fold the two wings of the long arm
4. The at the level of the cut fold the short limb 90 degree to form like I shape, then fold the two wings of the short arm to overlap the folded long arm cardboard
5. Finally secure this I shape poistion with at least double adhesive tape to maintain strong I shape support.

In case of open fracture after coverage
Place the limb in double layer cardboard “ strength of single layer might be affected by floured”
Wrist and forearm support for iv line use small size cardboard for adult and adducent fold the two wings 180 degree and secure the position to have double layer cardboard,
For pediatric:
Cut the small cardboard longitudinally to two half then gold the wing at the pretend level 180 degree , then secure it by adhesive tape. Place the hand and forearm over the cardboard and stabilize it by adhesive tape.
